    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
    2. Arrange the cod fillets on a baking tray.
    3. Drizzle the olive oil onto the fish, follow by lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
    4. Bake the cod in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cod.
    5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
