Cod, Brie and Bacon Bake
Atlantic Smoked Cod mixed with Bacon, Brie and mashed potato, and coated in a light breadcrumb.
These handmade fishcakes are so tasty and the Brie is such a lovely addition because it gives the fishcakes a creamy, moist texture.

We recommend to cook from frozen:
Oven: Pre-heat your oven to 200c (180 if fan assisted). Place the fishcakes on a baking tray and bake on the upper shelf of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Turn once. Check the fishcakes are piping hot in the centre before serving. Grill: Cook the fishcakes under a medium hot grill, turn occasionally and cook for 12-14 minutes until golden and hot in the centre. Deep Fry: Heat the oil to 180c/190c and deep fry for 9-10 minutes until golden and cooked through. If you do defrost the fishcakes reduce the cooking times by 5-10 minutes.
